In this session, the children were nature detectives. They had to find 'clues' that were hidden around the Forest School area to help them learn about life cycles. The clues were cards that had different life cycles of animals that can be found in the Forest School area; on the back of the cards there were questions and tasks to answer and complete relating to the animal and its life cycle.

The task linked to the 'Who am i?' topic with children being reminded to compare similarities and differences between the human life cycle and the other animal life cycles that they studied.
