Curwen competed at their third TTLT competition of the summer on Friday 26th April as they travelled to Memorial Park for a Year 4 Boys Cricket festival.

There were 8 schools and over 80 boys competing at the festival with Curwen being placed alongside Ranelagh, Kensington and North Beckton in Group 1. The boys played tremendously well during their first two games demonstrating their fantastic team work through their exceptional fielding to win against Kensington and North Beckton. However, they further impressed in their last group game where individual brilliance displayed most prominently through the teams batting proved to be the difference in a close fought victory against Ranelagh.

This resulted in Curwen picking up a second TTLT Cricket trophy of the year as well as all the children deservedly receiving gold medals.
