On Friday 6^th October, Year 6 welcomed the esteemed William Shakespeare into Curwen Primary school and he held a Q&A session on his life. Pupil's prepared questions to ask him whilst he also gave interesting facts that they may not have known whilst simultaneously entertaining the pupils with a version of Henry VIII’s musical composition of Greensleeves on the recorder.

This cross curricular visit is to help go towards the pupil’s learning of the Elizabethan Era in Topic (History) and to help write a Biography about William Shakespeare's life in Literacy.
