RESIDENTIAL TRIP TO SPAIN BEHAVIOUR RULES
Curwen behaviour rules apply on the trip
- Listen and follow all adult’s instructions appropriately
- While on the coach you must follow driver’s instructions
- Look after our own and others properties (coach, accommodation, school in Spain, etc)
- Keep accommodation clean and tidy
- Take responsibility of your own actions

WHAT CABIN BAGGAGE MY CHILD CAN CARRY?
1 cabin bag weighing up to 10 kg with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm
Oversized cabin baggage will be refused; It can go in the hold of the aircraft for a fee of £100 charged to parents
Hand Luggage Restrictions
Containers must hold no more than 100ml
Containers must be in a single, transparent, re-sealable plastic bag
1 plastic bag per person
Child must show the bag at the airport security point
Liquids in containers larger than 100ml can’t go through security
RESIDENTIAL TRIP TO SPAIN ITINERARY
Equipment List
Your child WILL need:
- 1x cabin bag weighing up to 10 kg with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm
- 4-5x pairs of underwear LABELLED
- 4-5x pairs of socks LABELLED
- 5x T-shirts LABELLED + 1 school P.E. t-shirt LABELLED
- 1x light rain coat /jacket LABELLED
- 2x Thin sweatshirts LABELLED
- 3x light wear trousers/ shorts
- 1 pair of pyjamas LABELLED
- 1 Towel (the children will have a shower each evening) LABELLED
- 1X Flip-flops or water proof slipper LABELLED
- 100ml or Less travel size bottles of shampoo (if needed) /body wash
- Tooth paste 100ml or less
- Toothbrush
- Flannel
- 100ml or less travel size sun cream
- Roll on deodorant
- Sanitary protection (girls only)
- If you have asthma you MUSTbring 2 pumps LABELLED
- 2 pairs of comfortable footwear LABELLED(no open toed footwear)
Any medication needed in a CLEARLY labelled bag with your child’s name, it should be listed when it should be taken (this will be handed to the main office Monday 6th June – To Miss Tisser)
Your child CAN bring:
A book to read in the evening
Up to £20 spending money for the educational visit (We will not be going to the airport shop)
Your child will need £10 extra to buy breakfast at Stansted and lunch at Madrid airport
A camera (one they don’t mind losing/dropping or breaking!)
A sandwich, crisps, light snacks and a fruit for flight (must fit in draw string bag)
You must collect:
A note book and pencil
A group draw string bag, cap, jumper and t-shirt (£10 per child)
Your child must NOT bring:
Any electrical equipment i.e. PSP’s, game boys, Ipads, MP3 Players, Ipods etc.
