Curwen is back at City Hall again! This time members of Curwen’s School Council all went to City Hall. We learnt about 2,000 years’ history of London going back to the time of the Roman Empire all the way to London in the present day. During all that time, London experienced lots of interesting events such as the Great Stink! School Council also found out that the London Assembly is in charge of policing, transport and housing in London. We also sat in the Debating Chamber and thought of what we would do if we were Mayor for the day. It was such an interesting trip!
